On this page you will find pictures of our current apparatus and a description for each one.

 

This is one of our two engines, 7-1. Engine 7-1 is a 1984 Mack/Swab CF. It is powered by a 350HP Mack 6 cylinder turbo, with an Allison automatic transmission, a 1000 GPM Waterous dual stage pump, 960 gallon water tank, and a 40 gallon foam tank. Engine 7-1 responds first out on all structure fires in the district, also on all one piece engine assignments, and mutual-aid calls. Its crew includes the following: a driver, an officer, and four air-packed firefighters. 7-1 is equipped as a front line attack piece. It can also, when needed, be changed-over to a hydrant piece. The driver's side compartments are full height with toolboards in the upper cabinents.

7-1 is equipped with the following:

1000' of 4" supply hose including Hydrasys and Street Hydrant Valves

200' of 2 1/2" preconnect hose with TFT nozzle

150' of 1 3/4" preconnect crosslay with TFT nozzle

[2] - 250' 1 3/4" hose lays with TFT nozzle

200' - 1 3/4" Highrise pack

[2] - 10' Hard Suction Sleeves

[1] Prepiped Monitor with smooth bore and TFT nozzles

This is our second engine, engine 7-2. 7-2 is a 1992 Mack/Swab CF. It is powered by a Mack 350HP Turbo, an Allison automatic transmission, and a 1500GPM Hale dual stage pump with a National Foam Servo Command System, a 500 gallon water tank and 450 gallon foam tank. Engine 7-2 responds first out on all chemical fires and auto accidents, and second engine out of our station to all structure fires. 7-2 can pump foam to any or all discharges at the pumps maximum capacity. Its crew includes the following: a driver, an officer, [4] air-packed firefighters and [1] hydrant man or extra. 7-2 is configured identically to 7-1, with the exception of a 35' Aluminum Extension Ladder.

This is our Dive Rescue Unit 7-7 with our Dive Boat M-7[marine unit 7]. A description of M-7 is near the end or this page. 7-7 is a 1986 Ford/RSI 8000. It is powered by a CAT engine and an Allison automatic transmission. 7-7 responds first out on all dive/water rescue calls with the dive boat, and third out on all in district fire calls as an additional man power and cascade/light unit.
